Tonight I had a nabe party with my mom and dad. I think they really enjoyed it too. I even made Japanese “niku dango.” I ate soooo much!

Even though Koko is all the way in Japan I can still see her through her computer’s webcam! Today Jun and Koko ate lunch with me via web cam. How do you like Koko’s cute fish face?

Sea Wolf and Port O’ Brian

The night after I took Koko to the airport I was feeling a little lonely so I went to Nashville to see a Sea Wolf and Port O’ Brian concert. I didn’t know that photographers from local newspaper Nashville Scene were also there taking pictures. By chance, I found these pictures on their website.

She’s Leaving on a Jet Plane

Oh no! Koko looks so sad as she packs her suitcase into the back of our very very good looking Toyota Scion. She had to go home to Japan for a few months to finish some paperwork and have an interview at the US Embassy in Tokyo. The good news is that when she comes back we can be together forever! Yaay!

ココちゃんは日本に帰っちゃった。アメリカーの大使館で面接してからまたテネシー州に来ます。寂しい　（涙）。。。

お気に入りバンド、トラヴィスのコンサートに行ってきたよ。ナッシュビルにあるビルコートシアターは古いんだけど、居心地のいいシアターだったよ。一番右が、フラン（ボーカル）左がアンディー！　ココ

Koko and I went to the Belcourt Theater in Nashville to see Travis, one of our favorite bands. After the show we bought a CD and had it autographed. We also took a picture together with Fran and Andy from the band.
